Bowlers looking for an alternative grip should look into the Semi and Nub, which are featured in the Quad2 line of inserts. The Semi features a curved ridge that sits under the finger simulating a semi-fingertip grip. The Semi is round and soft. The Nub is the soft Perfect Oval with small bumps for a more textured feel.
Inserts should be replaced every 6 months or 60 games to maintain optimal performance. This is an average and will vary based on your release.
