Contest Rules

Enter for a Chance to Win a Storm Freak'n Frantic Bowling Ball

1. No purchase necessary. Limit one entry per household. The "Register for a Chance to Win a Storm Freak'n Frantic Bowling Ball" contest is open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older. The registrant need not be present to win. Employees of Buddies Pro Shop, its affiliated companies, and immediate families of employees are not eligible. One (1) Winner will receive one Storm Freak'n Frantic Bowling Ball at an estimated value of $205.

2. Register for the BuddiesProShop.com "Register for a Chance to Win a Storm Freak'n Frantic Bowling Ball" contest by submitting a complete online registration form located on the Buddies Pro Shop, Inc. web site or by making a purchase through BuddiesProShop.com. It must be received by Buddies Pro Shop by 11:59 PM EST May 31, 2013. This contest is sponsored by Buddies Pro Shop, Inc. ("Buddies Pro Shop"). Buddies Pro Shop is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete registrations.

3. Registration period for the "Register for a Storm Freak'n Frantic Bowling Ball" contest begins at 1:00 pm EST May 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM EST May 31, 2013.

4. The drawings for all prizes will be held June 1, 2013. The winners will be notified via email from BuddiesProShop.com. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

5. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to winner notification email no later than 11:59 PM EST July 1, 2013. If unclaimed by July 1, 2013 the prize will go un-awarded.
 

6. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate prize. Winner accepts all responsibility for any applicable tax on prize.

7. Buddies Pro Shop reserves the right to use the winner's name and likeness in future promotional materials. Participant's registration serves as authorization for such use. Contest entry serves as authorization to receive future Buddies Pro Shop marketing communication.
