Our Policy

Buddies Pro Shop is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. Please read our "How to Return Merchandise" before returning any products. After reading "How to Return Merchandise", please fill out a "Return Form" and print out upon completion. Within 48 hrs you will receive an email correspondence regarding your return request. DO NOT return any merchandise until you have received our email reply.

The following products may NOT be returned:

1. Used Merchandise
2. Special Orders
3. Bargain Buys/Closeout/MUST GO ITEMS or Items marked as Discontinued

This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.).


Return Policy - Customer has 30 days from the date of the order to return an item. The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box. All items returned that were marked as or shipped as FREE SHIPPING* at the time of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items being returned for exchange will not be charged a restock fee but will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Buddies Pro Shop. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
