Shipping

To obtain a shipping quote on merchandise simply fill up the shopping cart with the items you want to purchase. Then, while in the shopping cart, click the "enter your location" link along side shipping, filling in the appropriate information, and then click enter. The system will show all available shipping methods along with the prices.

The estimated shipping time is to arrive in your country. These times do not include the time in customs.

International and military shipments take few extra days to process due to the fact of taking the shipment to USPS and filing the required documents. Please note that weekends, holidays and the day that the product ships do not count as transit time. 


Customs and Duties
All orders from outside the United States must be paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes, and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the guest's responsibility; BuddiesProShop.com has no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If a guest refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, or the package is returned because it can not be delivered for any reason, the guest will be liable for any costs incurred by BuddiesProShop.com.

Orders will be cancelled if the wire transfer is not received within 10 business days.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are shipped within 4-7 business days. Some items that may not be carried in the Buddies Pro Shop warehouse - these items will be shipped to Buddies Pro Shop from the vendor. These items can take up to 7-10 business days before shipping to the destination country.

• All international orders will ship once all items are in stock - no partial shipments are allowed.

International Return Policy

In the event that you would like to return any merchandise purchased from Buddies Pro Shop, Inc. that is not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for any shipping cost you may incur.
