Additional product information:

The Ordnance C4™ introduces the Shrapnel 2.0™ Core paired with a cover that is equal parts solid and pearl.

The S70™ Hybrid Coverstock, finished at 4000 Abralon, will provide a clean reaction through the front part of the lane. The perfect balance of pearl and solid components will ensure optimal length and backend will be achieved on all medium conditions.

The Shrapnel 2.0™  Core upgrades the Shrapnel™ core used on the previously released Ordnance™ Solid. We have kept the same basic shape, widened it across the midsection. Along with a slight density change, this allows us to raise the RG a point while still maintaining a lower differential. These changes have produced a unique benchmark shape that will dominate medium length patterns.

    Rolls great!

This ball is going to be one the 1st ones out of my bag. This ball is SO NICE. its really easy to read the mid lane reaction all the way to the back end reaction. If there is more oil, start with the Aspect then change when the time is right. And you will have a great reaction to follow another benchmark ball. Its was a great purchase!

    Ordnance C4

Ordnance C4 Coverstock: S70 Hybrid Reactive Finish: 4000 Abralon Core: Shrapnel 2.0 Symmetric RG: 2.48 Differential: 0.042 Layout: 60 x 4 5/8 x 45 Tester: PAP 5 1/2 R, 1 1/2 D Review: The Ordnance C4 introduces the Shrapnel 2.0 Core paired with a cover that is equal parts solid and pearl. The perfect balance of pearl and solid components will ensure optimal length and backend will be will be achieved on all medium conditions. First thing you will notice right away with the C4 is the OOB finish provides a nice arching and continuous motion on a fresh 43 foot THS pattern. The ball is very predictable which is the true strength of the C4. In my opinion the C4 goes through the pins a tad better then its predecessor the Ordnance Solid. The C4 will be a great option for both THS and many sport conditions. In the video I demonstrate shots of the C4 and a few with the Ordnance Solid. For me, I'm going with the OOB surface on the C4. The carry potential of this ball will be something special when lanes get tougher to navigate or the backends are sharp and you are looking to blend the pattern a bit with more control. The Ordnance C4 "Benchmark at its best"

Posted by Rick Klimowicz on Nov 24th 2020

Ordnance C4 • Tour Preferred • 700 Series Coverstock • S70 Hybrid Finish • 4000 Grit Abralon Core • Shrapnel 2.0 Symmetric RG • 2.48 Differential • 0.042 Layout • 70 x 4 x 30 Tester PAP • 4 ½ R x ½ D Lane Condition • Medium With the release of Ordnance C4, 900 Global has once again hit their target with this “benchmark” ball. Out the box, this ball was consistency at its best. Let’s take a closer look. The Shrapnel 2.0 core is a nice upgrade from the original Shrapnel. I found the wider core gave the Ordnance C4 a smooth, predictable motion throughout the lane and a well-defined turn off the pattern. Higher speed/lower rev players like me will enjoy the hard-rolling force that the C4 brings. This ball builds great momentum that generates a strong impact at the pocket. Further its vibrant continuation through the deck leaves no prisoners standing! If you tend to “hit them thin and watch them spin” you will seriously appreciate the dancing pin action the Ordnance C4 creates. The S70 Hybrid coverstock was clearly the right choice for the Ordnance C4. For me, as a higher speed, straighter player, the Hybrid coverstock gave me a wider traction that was consistent and controllable. On a THS, I took the cover down to 2000 grit where the C4 provided a much welcomed wider “miss margin” of error. Further, I enjoyed the comfort of the broader entry angle the Ordnance C4 delivered. On a fresh Medium Challenge Pattern, the Ordnance C4 performed cleanly with a dependable motion. With 1500 grit, the Ordnance C4 read the heavier oil with a smooth consistency and a clean distinct arc off the pattern. Hybrid covers generally work the best for my game and the S70 Hybrid certainly rises to the cream of the crop! My closing thought of the Ordnance C4 by 900 Global - this is clearly the “benchmark” ball of choice! It is dependable and consistent on a THS and medium oil volumes. Ordnance C4

Ordnance C4 - Ball Specs Cover Stock: S70 Hybrid Finish: 4000 Grit Abralon Core: Shrapnel 2.0 Symmetric Color: Aqua / Blue Layout: 50 x 4 3/4 x 40 RG: 2.48 Differential: 0.042 Intermediate Diff: N/A Review The Preferred 700 Series Ordnance C4 features the S70 hybrid cover stock that has been a proven winner in the Ordnance Solid, Black Ops and Break series. The hybrid cover combined with the Shrapnel 2.0 Symmetric core is able to adapt on multiple lane patterns. The hybrid cover is a perfect balance of pearl and solid components will ensure optimal length and backend will be achieved on all medium conditions. My ball layout is 50x4 ¾ x40. For a low to mid rev player this ball reads the mid lane very well and does not over react down lane. I tested this ball on THS 44 Feet with great success playing multiple angles. If you need ball that's gives you a great look on multiple patterns, put the Ordnance C4 in your bag today! 900 Global Ordnance C4

For as dull as this ball comes out of box (4,000), the C4 is a versatile ball. This ball is overall stronger than the Ordnance Solid. Great ball on fresh and guys who play the down and in shot will be pleasantly surprised how much ball they get out of this ball. Another great option in your bag, especially on those flatter and medium length patterns.
