INSECTS THAT KILL ALSO TEND TO STRIKE.

The Scorpion is the next must-have for Hammerheads. We started with the LED core that has made the urethane Hammers so successful and added an outer core, providing a medium RG and a high Differential. The Scorpion uses Symtex Hybrid to create a strong mid-lane and backend on medium conditions. Strong, predictable, and deadly.

Hammer recommends Tough Scrub to keep your Scorpion Performing its best!

    Scorpion is AMAZING!!!

Posted by Michael Romero on Oct 1st 2021

The Hammer Scorpion review is going to be short and sweet! GO GET THE BALL NOW!!!! Hammer got it PERFECT with this ball and for the price point, you'll get more than what you are expecting! I drilled mine 55 x 4.5 x 30 and it's been the best at all events (league and tournaments). For a dull surface, this ball is clean through the front part of the lane but packs a punch with a strong but controllable backend.

    Hammer Scorpion

The new Scorpion from Hammer is a lot of ball for the price point. When I need a little extra pop down lane, the Scorpion is the ball I go to. This ball has a lot of midlane and backend motion for a symmetrical ball. I use the Scorpion on medium to longer lane patterns. The Scorpion is really clean in the fronts for a duller surface, but don't let it fool you. This ball is a beast on the backend. The backend motion is a very controllable motion that does not quit. The Scorpion is the first ball out of the bag. This new release will not disappoint.

Finally, the LED core without urethane cover

Posted by Tim C on Sep 4th 2021

The LED core has been the backbone of the Black Hammer and Purple Pearl Hammer becoming two of the best balls on the market for sometime. But unlike most I don’t get to use urethane often, which is why I was super excited about the Scorpion. A updated version of the LED core mixes with the cover that helped push the Scandal(s) to one of the most popular balls in hammer history. The Scorpion doesn’t disappoint either side of the hammer family. The hard rolling core mixes well with the strong cover. Easily carves a spot right into your bag behind your big oil asym and above your solid benchmark ball. Get yours today!

    Great Mid-Lane Motion!

Posted by Kerry Smith on Aug 26th 2021

The new Hammer Scorpion is a must for all the hammer fans out there. Hammer wrapped the Semtex Hybrid coverstock around the LED core which is the same in the every popular purple urethane Hammers. In return, these combos for me create a strong mid-lane and backend. This ball really drives through the pins.

    Mid Lane Smoothness

Posted by Gregory Turner on Aug 25th 2021

This is a much need symmetrical hybrid in the Hammer line. I did a layout of 60 x 5 x 60 A very even layout with some length which allowed the ball to glide through, but have a strong controllable reaction off the spot. This seems to be a great all around ball. Very versatile.

    Hammer Scorpion

I used a 60 x 4 x 25 layout on this ball, which put the pin at 2 o’clock. This ball has been very versatile. I have been able to use this ball, with 1000 surface, on shark and red square challenge patterns and also on my local house shot (with 3000 surface). This ball is a great first ball out of the bag on fresh conditions. It is smooth, continuous, and for me, is a great ball to use before stepping down to my Web Pearl, when the fronts start to dry up!

    Alot of hook for $$

Posted by Les Mann on Jul 24th 2021

Great combination on the New Scorpion!!! This ball is a very strong hybrid!! A lot of ball for this price point. Crazy thing is the more I have thrown it, the stronger it gets....even with lane sheen. I have throw it on modified house and all different lengths and it keeps on amazing me and everyone watching.
