All it takes to start a raging fire is one ember. The Forge™ Ember is the newest medium-heavy oil performance hybrid from MOTIV® Bowling. Built to generate more friction than previous hybrids, the Forge Ember combines technology from two very different cover stock systems to deliver a new brand of motion.
Inside the Forge Ember is the Detonator™ core. It is a stable and strong combination of low RG with high differential. The fast-spinning, low RG provides control while the high differential gives traction and strength. The Detonator™ is a proven winner on higher volumes of oil.
Encasing the Detonator™ core is the Infusion™ MXC Hybrid Reactive cover. As already mentioned, this cover combines two very different shells to provide a unique shape.
Traditionally, the most angular motions from MOTIV® were generated using the Infusion cover stock system. Conversely, the covers with the MXC distinction were Coercion™ technology with mid-lane traction and control. When combined, bowlers should see significant traction in the oil with more down lane motion than is normally expected from such a strong cover.
More down lane motion means that the Forge Ember will be useful for a longer window during competition than traditional MXC cover stocks that cannot be used from steeper angles.

MOTIV FORGE EMBER
BEAST - BEAST - BEAST - for someone who does love the FORGE line of balls this one is by far the one you need.. strong and continuous is the only two words I have for this one.. if your looking for a piece that will bite into the lane in the oil and provide a strong and continuous motion through the pins look no further.. - Amazingly because of its controlled reaction i was able to use this piece even on a short 35 ' pattern in a PBA event - this controlled acr helped the ball maintain target line while still being able to create enough continuation to carry - dont rule out BIG balls on short patterns!!!

Forge Ember
The Forge Ember is the newest ball in our Forge line. A new hybrid from Motiv Bowling. Bowlers will find this ball stronger in the oil. With it being strong you still won’t lose the down lane motion that it provides. With that combination it gives you the ability to use the Forge Ember for longer spurts of time. The Forge Ember has the very popular Detonator core. The Detonator core is a strong continuous low RG with high diff core. The low RG gives you control while the high diff gives you strength.

The line on fire!!
The brand new Forge Ember may be one of the best balls I’ve thrown straight out of the box. As someone who has enjoyed the Forge line, especially with the Iron Forge being my favorite ball in the bag, the Forge Ember exceeded my expectations. The Infusion MXC Hybrid cover stock with the Detonator core is perfect for above benchmark reaction. I’ve been throwing this ball on heavier/longer oil patterns as well during league when I need a little more hook! It has impressed me from the first shot I threw with it! Don’t miss out on this one.
