Chad and Staff,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for your outstanding service again. I received my new equipment last week and am very happy with it. I had requested that when drilling my equipment to go up a size on my thumb hole because I’m hoping to bowl more this year and wanted to start using tape on my thumb to prevent it from getting ripped up. Both balls arrived as requested and fit just as I had hoped. Please make note on my drilling specs about this change, as I will want all new equipment with this change.

I sincerely appreciate the great service that you guys provide. I have purchased many balls over the years for myself and my sons and have never been disappointed. I know too often today we hear from customers when there is an issue, well I have no issues at all.  Great job to your entire staff.
