HONEY BADGER™
The Tour Preferred Series™ has become known as the obvious choice for bowlers competing on demanding lane conditions.  Sometimes we need a ball that we can move in with and create backend.  The Honey Badger™ will be a great choice when the pattern breaks down a bit and more angularity at the breakpoint is needed.  The S71™ pearl cover has been specifically designed to provide great length on drier heads.  The all new Grapnel™ Asymmetric Core will give the bowler an amazing amount of torque at the breakpoint.

Honey Badger Pearl
By: Brendan Bierch on December 29, 2017

The Honey Badger Pearl is designed for light to medium volume fresh oil patterns and when the pattern begins to breakdown. The angular S71, 1500 polished, Pearl coverstock, combined with the 2.57 Rg,.041 Differential,.008 Mass bias Grapnel core produces great length and a skid/snap reaction on the back end. I used a 45 x 4.5 x25 layout, with the pin just above my ring finger, and a weight hole 1" in from my PAP (5 3/16 Right, up 13/16). On a fresh 37' Kegel Broadway pattern, the Badger got to the break point easily and then exploded through the pins. On a 45' Kegel Route 66 the Badger, out of the box, was a little too long. However, with some surface prep I would have been able to use it. On the Stone Street house shot, the Badger played well off the oil with a sharp break on the back end. The Honey Badger is a ball for all bowling styles.

Honey Badger Ball Review
By: Mark Benston on December 02, 2017

My review of the 900 global Honey Badger this ball has absolutely amazed me since the first day I started using it. Honey Badger quickly became one of my all time favorite balls it gives you exactly what any house shot bowler loves to see and that is easily gets threw front part of the lane and it rips off the backend if you are looking for a skid flippy ball look no farther the Honey Badger is what you will want and love on almost any medium to light house shot oil patterns.

Great Ball !! HB
By: Andy Victorio FCBBC CANADA on October 20, 2017

Drilled the ball with the pin above and between my two fingers. CG kicked out by one inch from center line. Lane condition, medium to dry. I am an average league bowler with medium revs and speed right handed. During our warm up, I was very hesitant to throw it in the third arrow hoping it will only skid and miss the pocket, but to my surprise the ball quickly turn left and hit high on pin # 1. I have to move 5 boards to the left on my second throw and give a little more push, this time I hit the pocket and leave no pin standing. When the league starts, i am already aiming at the 4th arrow going to 12th board as my break point. the ball works great !! It keeps on turning left and hit the pin hard. After two games with it I decided to keep it in preparation for the next tournament. Finally, I could say that 900 global made an incredible piece here. I am very satisfied and. I am planning to buy two more of different cover to complete my arsenal...

Coverstock: S71™ Pearl Finish: 1,500 Grit Polished Color: Gold Pearl Core: Grapnel™ Asymmetric Flare Potential: 4-5? This ball is the ultimate pearl! The S71 Pearl coverstock creates that great Hockey Stick motion that everyone loves to watch. This ball is great for medium oil patterns because it can slide through the heads easily and makes and absolutely jumps off the spot on the backend. The Honey Badger is probably the best pearl ball I’ve ever had, and the cool gold color is an added bonus! Craig Monroe - 900 Global Staff - Muncie, IN

Coverstock: S71™ Pearl Finish: 1,500 Grit Polished Core: Grapnel™ Asymmetric Flare Potential: 4-5? If you are looking for a pearl with the traditional skid/snap reaction with a little more pizzazz, look no further than the Honey Badger. The Honey Badger will help you cruise through transition in medium oil patterns by clearing the fronts while retaining energy to reach maxium backend motion. While your competition struggles to carry, the Honey Badger will be pounding through the pins with ease.

HONEY BADGER Coverstock: S71™ Pearl Finish: 1500 Grit Polished Color: Gold Pearl Core: Grapnel™ Asymmetric Tour Preferred 700 Series 2.57 Radius of gyration .041 Differential .008 Intermediate Differential Positive Axis Point 5 7/16 by 1/4 up Layout 5 x 4 x 4 1/2 I've seen some of those mean ole badgers living up in Idaho in my younger days but the meanest of them all is definitely the HONEY BADGER. This ball is a sharp looking ball that has a mean bite on the backend of the lane a must have in your arsenal when the lanes dry out a little and sees more friction. This will be a favorite from the 900 Global line..... probably because of its pearl cover and late back end reaction, something every bowler is looking for. If you want a no brainer in your bag this is it! Make your friends jealous and get a HONEY BADGER today! Remember... performance for YOUR game is a must!!!!! Greg Thomas 900 Global staff

Honey Badger; Plenty of bite
By: Scott McCleery on September 14, 2017

Clean and Strong This ball matches its name very well. Honey Badger has plenty of bite on the backend of the lane with plenty of energy to spare. It has no problems going left/right. If you are looking for a ball that will give you plenty of retained energy down lane so it can still make the turn and have the hitting power to carry the corners this is it! This ball is fun to throw and I am impressed with how much backend energy it has. This ball make look pretty but it is all business. Get you one today you will not be disappointed!

900 Global Honey Badger
By: Brent Ritchie on July 25, 2017

Drilled my Honey Badger at 55 x 5.5 x 40 putting the pin over and just left of my middle finger. This ball comes as advertised. First, I absolutely love the gold color as it certainly demands attention once it is pulled out of the bag. As far as performance, it is very easy through the front part of the lane with tremendous backend motion off the dry. Ball performed very well on a drier house shot even after multiple games. I was able to keep moving left and bouncing it off the dry with ease. Versatile ball that can be added to any bowler's arsenal. Brent Ritchie 900 Global Regional Staff

HB The Honey Badger,a ball that can be used on Medium, medium light and in some cases light oil. This ball has maximum back end reaction when it hits friction. You will be able to stay in your preferred area of the lane much longer before making a move. Drill this one with your favorite layout and watch your scores rise. Trust me on this one, it’s a one of a kind reaction, massively good. Donny Carr 900 global staff, Ft. Meade pro shop.
