After purchasing, our staff will email you a shipping label
Print the shipping label and attach it to the packaging box
Drop it off to the shipping company selected
Our amazing staff will look at your equipment, and gather every detail with our state-of-the-art tools.
A staff member will give you a call to discuss your style, other equipment, and any questions or concerns you might have.
While the Buddies Pro Shop staff is working on your new bowling ball, our old bowling ball will be brought back to factory condition
We will also replace your finger grips - free of charge
After drilling your new bowling ball, both bowling ball will be shipped back to you with instructions on how to purchase your next ball from us.
After receiving your new bowling ball, you will receive a survey, to let us know how our service meet your expectations.
Remember, we are here to serve you. Anything we can do to improve your fit, we are more than happy to do.
