The various versions Hustle's have provided consistent reactions time and time again.

And while the inner Hustle Core has remained the same since day one, it's the different variations of the VTC™ (Versatile Traction Control) Coverstock - Solid, Pearl & Hybrid, that have kept this line viable on those Light to Medium Oil conditions for every level of bowler from the first timers, all the way up to the pros.

    Hustle Glow

Posted by Glenn W on May 26th 2025

Ball Specs: Roto Grip Hustle Glow Cover stock VTC Pearl Reactive Weight Block Hustle™ Core (Symmetrical) Power Edge Finish Layout 4 x 4 x 2” Pin Buffer Bowler Specs: Right Hand. PAP 5” Over 1/2 up Rev Rate 300. Tilt 20. Rotation 50. Speed at release 17 Review: The Hustle line has always been a favorite of mine. I don’t think I ever had a Hustle I didn’t like. The Hustle balls are a great deal and perform and hit like a much higher priced ball. To me this is a performance line of balls. I am seeing a bit earlier lane read and hook than I got from my Hustle M-M. I think the increase in hook is a combination of fresh cover and a bit of a cover stock upgrade. This ball does not have the A.I. core but still hits very hard. The way the Hustle Glow comes of the pattern with controlled angle and hit are excellent. One of the nice things about the Hustle ball line is they are designed to be forgiving, and you can get away with some less than great releases. The Hustle Glow hooks more than I expected and reads the lane perfectly for me. I would put this ball above my Surge but under my Ultimate Wrecker in total hook. This ball is a very good pick for a new bowler or someone rounding out an arsenal on a budget. The colors are growing on me, but most folks love them. The Hustle Glow colors do attract attention and do look good going down the lane. Summary: The Hustle Glow preforms like a much higher priced ball. The forgiving nature of this ball is a plus. The Glow color is unique and the comments have been very positive. Glenn Wendel Sidewinders Pro Shop Storm Pro Shop Staff gwendel@comcast.net www.stormbowling.com

Roto Grip Hustle Glow Review by Casey Murphy

Posted by Casey Murphy on May 25th 2025

Orientation: Right Handed Rev Rate: 400 RPM Speed: 16-17 MPH PAP: 4 ½ over and 1 1/8 up Location: Enterprise Park Lanes, Springfield MO Pattern: High Volume THS VLS Layout: Layout 1: 4 5/8 x 4 x 2 ½ (Pin above bridge) Layout 2: 4 ¼ x 4 x 4 (pin below bridge) The Hustle Glow must be the brightest pearl hustle EVER! It rolls like you would expect from a Pearl Hustle, like the MM, maybe just a little stronger and more on the back. If you’re buy a Hustle Glow, you’re looking for a clean ball with backend that’s going to allow you to handle friction, and this ball does exactly that! And the Hustle Glow does it with style! You’ll definitely turn heads with the Hustle Glow with its performance and appearance!

    Glow more like WOW

Posted by Thomas Szczepaniak on May 16th 2025

The Hustle Glow not only catches the eye of whoever walks by it with its radiant color combination but it also caught my eye with its motion on the lanes. My initial thought this ball would have a little more length and a little more off the backend while still be somewhat smooth. I was right it was smooth downlane but when the ball got to the end it went full hockey stick motion and my eyes almost popped out of my head. The best part was I had a good friend who is a 2 finger no thumb bowler throw my ball and using his thumb in it. He proceeded to go from 20 at the arrows to about 5 and ripped the rack to leave a 9 pin. My eyes almost popped out a second time and all we could do is laugh.

    Hustle Glow

Posted by Zachary Woelfel on May 15th 2025

When I need a ball that can create shape without overreacting on drier lane conditions, the Roto Grip Hustle Glow has quickly earned its spot in my bag. Featuring the proven Hustle™ Core with an RG of 2.53 and a differential of 0.030, this ball delivers a smooth, controlled motion that excels on light to medium oil conditions. The VTC™ Pearl Reactive coverstock, finished with Reacta Gloss™, allows the Hustle Glow to glide effortlessly through the fronts with a cleaner, more angular move off the friction compared to other Hustles. When stacked against the Hustle X-Ray, M-M, and Hustle Earth, the Glow is clearly the cleanest through the front part of the lane and the most responsive off the dry. It's the perfect complement to the Earth, which reads earlier with its solid cover and 2000 grit finish, making the Glow a great go-to when you need added length and downlane pop as the lanes open up. Whether you're a league bowler or tournament player, the Hustle Glow adds versatility and eye-catching flare to your bag. Go to your local VIP proshop today and get yours!
