Engineered with our advanced “Rage” base coverstock, perfected through extensive testing, these balls are designed to deliver top-tier performance. The Craze Solid thrives on heavier oil transition or when you need control, while the Craze Pearl is made for tough transition on lighter oil, offering unparalleled versatility. Combining exceptional adaptability with unbeatable value, the Craze line is your go-to choice for premium performance at an incredible price.
DESIGN INTENT:
Speed > Revs – The Craze Pearl is perfect for when the front of the lanes are transitioning but you still need control with entry angle down lane with straighter angles.
Balanced Speed & Revs – The Craze Pearl is a standout choice for bowlers with a balanced speed-to-rev ratio, offering remarkable versatility and adaptability. Its greatest strength lies in its ability to perform effortlessly across various lane conditions, excelling whether you’re playing straighter angles or deeper inside lines. Unlike most pearl balls that trade control for added length and backend, the Craze Pearl delivers the perfect balance of both, giving you extended length without compromise.
Rev > Speed – The Craze Pearl is the ideal benchmark transition ball for rev-dominant bowlers. Every bowler needs a dependable, versatile ball that excels in reading the lanes and fits seamlessly into the middle of their arsenal. Perfect for a fresh house shot with lighter oil volume or when it’s time to switch from your benchmark ball, the Craze Solid is your trusted choice. With its moderately strong Rage Pearl cover and a low differential of 0.030 in the Rage Core, this ball is designed with precision to meet the unique needs of rev-dominant players, delivering consistent performance and control across various lane conditions.

Swag - Craze Pearl
I recently drilled up the SWAG Craze Pearl, and after getting several games on it I can confidently say this ball is an excellent option when the lanes start opening up and you need extra length without losing control. It fits perfectly into that transition spot when stronger equipment begins to read the lane too early. Right out of the box, the Craze Pearl combines the Rage Pearl Reactive coverstock with the symmetric Craze core, creating a smooth motion through the front part of the lane and a clean, predictable move on the backend. With an RG around 2.52 and a differential near .030, the design promotes a controlled flare pattern that helps the ball conserve energy for a strong finish through the pins. The first thing I noticed on the lane was how easily the ball clears the heads. It glides through the front without burning up, which is exactly what you want when the track starts to dry out. Once the ball encounters friction down lane, it produces a smooth yet defined backend motion that is strong but not overly jumpy. Many pearl coverstocks sacrifice control for length, but the Craze Pearl manages to deliver both, giving you easy length with a very readable motion down lane. This ball really performs well on fresh to slightly broken-down house shots, medium oil patterns with friction to the outside, and especially during the transition in games two and three of league. When stronger solids start hooking too early, the Craze Pearl steps in perfectly as a clean transition option that still drives through the pocket. Overall, the SWAG Craze Pearl has become a very reliable piece in my bag. It is clean through the front, predictable off the spot, and versatile enough to handle a variety of conditions. For league bowlers and tournament players looking for a ball that stores energy and still drives through the pins when the lanes start to transition, the Craze Pearl is a great choice.

Craze Pearl is great house shot ball
I have finally gotten the chance to roll this ball for the first time. I am a speed/rev average lefty tweener and my PAP is 4" over and 3/4" up. This carze pearl is definitely a step up from the craze hybrid but it does not over react like you would expect being a step up. It clears the heads, picks up the mids, and drives hard on the backend. I tend to bowl where there is not much oil or in high friction houses. The craze pearl is definitely my benchmark ball and first out of the bag at all league and tournaments I go to. This ball allows me to keep my target in front of me which is where I am more comfortable. This ball has allowed me to compete on every condition I have ran into.

Craze pearl
The SWAG Craze Pearl is straight-up versatility at its best. There’s honestly nothing this ball can’t do. When everything else stops working and the lanes feel impossible, this is my get-out-of-jail card. It gets through the fronts clean, blends the lane, and gives me a shape I can actually trust without forcing it. I can move left, move right, change speed, change hand — it just stays in play. It’s not jumpy, it’s not lazy, it just does what you ask and keeps the pocket in front of you. When I need something that lets me survive bad transitions and grind frames, the Craze Pearl is the ball that saves the set.

Smooth 'n' Strong!
PAP - 4 3/4” right, 1/2” up DAS - 50 x 5 x 30 I threw on a typical house shot, medium oil, about 42”. I’m more speed dominant, throwing about 15.5mph, with a medium rev rate. I typically play down-and-in, targeting between 5 and 15, depending on lane condition. Compared to the Black Dragon, this is more of a transition ball for me. The ball got down the lane, further than the Black Dragon, and had a strong finish down lane. The ball drove through the pins, splitting the 8-9 with regularity. To use this ball at the beginning of a set, you should have a medium to high rev rate, and even playing deeper, it should provide a smooth, predictable arc into the pocket.

Great entry level ball
The SWAG Bowling Craze Pearl is in the Primary Performance Line with a Rage pearl cover and symmetric core. It has a 2.52 RG / .030 Diff and is 3000 grit polished out of box. I drilled this ball 65/5.5/5 with a PAP of 5 over 7/8 up putting the pin above my fingers. This ball is a great drier lane ball in my opinion. It played up the right side of the lane well and drove through the pins. It turned more than I expected off the friction. The colors are awesome going down the lane. The colors are vibrant and this is a low end ball worth the money!
