SWAG proudly introduces the Unreal Solid, a game-changing addition to our Utility Performance Line. Building on the legacy of the original Unreal which provided versatility and dynamic downlane motion. The Unreal Solid takes Unreal’s performance to the next level featuring our advanced AP26 additive and a precision 3000 Abralon finish, this powerhouse delivers earlier, stronger motion while maintaining the big hook and reliable control bowlers demand on fresh conditions. Designed for those who refuse to compromise, the Unreal Solid is ready to become a cornerstone in every competitive arsenal.

DESIGN INTENT:

Speed > Revs – Bowlers who generate high speed compared to their rev rate will find the Unreal Solid great on fresh oil for creating hook, control and powerful continuation through the pins on most lane surfaces and fresh conditions.

Balanced Speed & Revs – Meet your new heavy oil benchmark. The Unreal Solid is the definitive symmetrical benchmark ball for balanced bowlers who prioritize control on heavier oil. As lane volumes increase, the Never Quit AP26 Solid coverstock provides the exceptional traction needed to adapt to changing conditions with confidence.

Rev > Speed – The Unreal Solid is a great pick for rev-dominant bowlers looking for a dependable ball that works well on heavier oil patterns. It’s a solid choice to handle heavier oil conditions with confidence.

    SWAG Unreal Solid

Posted by Jacob Hazlett on Feb 25th 2026

THIS ball is STUNNING! This ball looks great rolling down the lane. This ball hooks early and never stops. On very heavy oil this is the ball that I go to first. This ball is an early hooking ball and very smooth. Normally for me the early big solid bowling balls dont work for me. They loose carry and i leave lots of single pins. This ball is very different! It saves energy and explodes going through the pins. I can get very deep and still have no problem striking. Performance- This ball loves fresh shots with lots of oil. This ball hooks and doesnt stop. Its a very smooth motion that I really like on sport shots or on house shots that have more oil.

    Ball review

Posted by Mike Scholl on Feb 22nd 2026

The SWAG Unreal Solid is a powerhouse engineered for maximum traction on fresh, demanding oil. By pairing an aggressive solid coverstock with the specialized AP26 additive and a potent symmetrical core, this ball provides an early midlane read and a relentless, driving motion through the pins. What sets the Unreal Solid apart is its exceptional energy retention. While many high-friction balls tend to "roll out" or lose steam early, this combination digs into high-volume patterns while maintaining enough continuation to kick the corners. Whether you are navigating heavy sport patterns or need to blend out a tricky wet/dry house shot, it delivers a big, predictable shape you can trust. It is the perfect balance of raw strength and reliable, continuous hook

    New Benchmark for SWAG

Posted by Kiefer Neumann on Feb 19th 2026

This ball does what it is designed to do. If you are looking for a symmetrical solid to benchmark the lanes, this will fit that spot. The Unreal Solid has a very controllable roll that you can trust. This is the "biggest" symmetrical solid that SWAG offers and it does not disappoint on heavier or longer patterns. If you bowl on sport shots or tougher patterns where keeping a ball in front of you is your game or what the lanes call for, there may not be a better ball from Swag than the Unreal Solid.

    Heavy oil hitter

Posted by Justin Koonz on Feb 16th 2026

The Unreal Solid absolutely shined on used THS patterns, especially when carry-down was present. This ball gave me tons of traction through the midl ane and backend, allowing it to cut through oil beautifully and still roll smoothly into the pins. The aggressive motion and strong continuation are unmistakable — likely a result of the new AP26 coverstock — and it finishes with authority. On fresh THS oil, the ball didn’t immediately show its best until I stepped left and worked it deeper into the oil, proving that it wants to be in the right part of the lane to unlock its power. Once dialed in, it reads the oil and transitions into a powerful, controlled motion. Compared to the original Unreal, this Solid is a significant step down — the older version is noticeably shinier out of the box, while the Unreal Solid has a much more rounded, confident shape that handles oil exceptionally well. This ball is aggressive, predictable, and built to perform — making it an excellent choice for tournament conditions or heavier oil patterns. In typical league play it might be a bit stout unless the pattern is really pushing down, but if you need a ball that sticks when others skid and gives you recovery and carry, the Unreal Solid will earn its place in your bag. And of course — the vibrant colors look fantastic rolling down the lane! My stats: • ~250 RPMs • ~13 mph ball speed • 5 1/4” over and 1/2” up PAP • Drilled at 50/4.5/30 Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eywl-dsdKOA

Great Colors and Strong Performance for Symmetrical

Posted by James Nemeth on Feb 16th 2026

Unreal Solid - Drilled 60 x 4.25 x 25 and identical laid out like original Unreal and surface is 2k modified. If you have used the Unreal, this is a must have if you want 2 feet sooner in reaction and this has the same look going through the pin deck. Many versatile options to this and the cover adjusts well to sand and polish. The colors on this pop and makes this a strong and predictable symmetrical motion.

    Traction Beast!

Posted by BigSkyBowler on Feb 16th 2026

If you’re looking for a true traction piece for heavy oil, the Unreal Solid should be at the top of your list. This ball wants oil — and unlike many heavy‑oil options, it doesn’t sacrifice backend shape just to create early hook. With the AP26 additive in the coverstock, the Unreal Solid delivers a surprisingly strong and defined backend motion, paired with continuation that just doesn’t quit. Keep it in the oil up front and watch it control the pocket with confidence. On my medium‑heavy house shot, I was able to play both outside and inside angles without any trouble. One word of caution: make sure you keep it in the oil. If you get it into too much friction too early, it will burn up. This ball is a powerhouse when used in the environment it’s built for.

    Smooth, Strong, and Predictable

Posted by Leon Neubauer on Feb 16th 2026

PAP - 3 3/4” right, 1/2” up Drilled 50 x 4 x 30 For the purpose of this review, I was bowling on a fresh house shot that was a medium to dry condition. I’m more speed dominant, throwing about 15.5mph, with a medium rev rate. I typically play down-and-in, targeting between 5 and 15, depending on lane condition. Even though the ball is drilled fairly strong, I was able to stick with the ball for the entire night. All I had to do was move my feet left and target further inside, and play a little bit straighter with a small “belly.” Compared to the OG Unreal (with the polish removed), this one read earlier (2 feet maybe), and still finished strong. If you’re looking for a predictable and smooth reaction, then look no further. This ball would be a great fit for you.
