Additional product information:

Hammer has never believed entry-level should mean ordinary. The Raw Hammer line was created to deliver true Hammer performance while giving bowlers meaningful options, whether it’s their first Hammer purchase or a strategic addition for an experienced Hammer fan. This season, we are excited to release two new balls to the Raw Hammer line, a replacement for the popular Black Solid and a Red/White/Purple pearl. The Black/Grey Solid offers great traction for the price point, and the Red/White/Purple Pearl provides length and strong down-lane motion. Together, they carry on the Raw Hammer legacy of versatility, consistency, and performance for bowlers of all skill levels.

Hammer Raw Solid Black / Grey

Posted by Bob Newman on Aug 28th 2026

The Raw solid has been a go to ball for me, especially late in blocks when the lanes get toasty. I need a ball I can trust to come off the oil and still have good hitting power down lane. The Raw Black was that ball and now it is the Raw Black / Grey. I drilled it last week and it has the same great motion I love to see. This is also a great first ball for the beginning bowler as it won't break the bank and has a lot of performance. Couldn't recommend this ball more.
