Additional product information:

The Black Widow has become the most recognizable and trusted line in bowling. The Black Widow 2.0 was released over two years ago and continues to be one of the best-selling balls on the market. The Black Widow Ghost was released over a year ago and has out-paced the 2.0 in sales since its release. We are excited to announce the Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid, featuring our innovative HK22 base resin with the Aggression Hybrid additive package. HK22 and the famous Gas Mask core create a reaction further down the lane than the Ghost and with a considerably sharper breakpoint. The Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid has gone through more testing than any Black Widow in recent history; ensuring this ball is remarkable is the only way to release a ball as a follow-up to two of the most successful products in the last two years. The Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid is not a replacement for the Black Widow line, it's the best complement and addition we could create.

    Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid

This ball doesn’t disappoint!!! It’s as clean as the 3D Offset Attack but finishes harder and more continuous. This ball in my opinion is more forgiving overall. It’s very clean through the fronts but doesn’t quit when it gets down lane. Even when you miss right this ball still has enough energy to get through the pins. I always get excited when a new Widow ball comes out. Now with the addition of the HK22 cover this ball will make an appearance on a variety of conditions!

The Black Widow line could be described as the most recognizable and trusted line in bowling. The Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid features the innovative HK22. HK22 and the famous Gas Mask core creates a reaction further down the lane and a sharp breakpoint. I was able to pop off a 300 in completion right off the press. This ball hits like a truck and the pin carry is tremendous. Don’t miss out on this one. Contact or visit your Pro Shop Operator ASAP!!!!!

    Black widow Hybrid 2.0

Posted by Jackie c on Mar 17th 2023

I bowled with the black widow hybrid on my Wednesday morning league. The layout is 50/43/4/35. I took a 1500 pad and removed the polish. I went to it in the second game. I got a very predictable ball reaction. I t was very readable and it went through the pins the right way. I had a lot of fun with this ball. We bowl on a 43 ft. oil pattern on a senior league.

    Best Widow Ever!!

Shinier Widows didn't always work for me, but my oh my hammer launched this one out of the park. If you like down lane backend response leave the cover shiny. I was able to hit with 3K and use the ball in some volume and still got backend response with more midlane. Great addition to the widow line.

    New Favorite

I've always loved the Black Widow Gas Mask core. Now with the HK22 hybrid cover makes this ball a must have. I see this as a very versatile ball. Can be use on fresh conditions with a little surface or at the end of an 8-game block.

New Black Widow 2.0 Hyrbrid with HK22

Posted by Brent Watson on Mar 5th 2023

The new Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid with the new HK 22 is the best of both worlds. The famous Gas Mask core and HK 22 cover creates the best ball motion from a Black Widow ball to date. This new widow is real close to the Original BW Pearl from years past. The HK 22 Hybrid cover picks up in the midlane and his VERY angular and continuous downlane. I have used the new Widow on heavy to medium lane conditions(Sport and House patterns) The widow has very readable ball motion, and does not loose hitting power through the pins. This is by far is the best Widow have thrown since the original Black Widow. I went with a 60 x 4 x 30 layout, which a little stronger layout than normal for me. This layout enables me to use it on both sport and house patterns. Great new Black Widow from Hammer.

    BW Hybrid 2.0 with HK22

Posted by Yvette Ford on Feb 22nd 2023

This BW just does not quit. It is very clean through the heads with a predictable motion and continuous through the pins. The HK22 helps it get through a bit of puddle if you miss in and allows you to play straight to inside angles with no problem. This is one of the best Black Widows and a great addition that just never quits.

    Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid

Hammer's latest and great that is a home run, touchdown, slam dunk, and everything else you can think of! If you loved the Defender Hybrid, this is another must! Might be the way I drilled it, but I feel this is a step up from the Defender Hybrid. The Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid loves FRICTION!!! I have used this on 47ft Statue of Liberty and 43ft Earl Anthony Patterns during transition and It has yet to disappoint! Hammer and the Brunswick Family is on fire!!
