Added versatility
With the help of the great customer service, I found that I needed to add this service when having a new ball drilled with a SwitchGrip thumb. I had my Ultimate (molded) thumb on file, so I ordered a couple of these to have on hand. Now, I only need to add "Buddies Finger Tip Drilling with Inserts & Turbo Switch Grip Outer Sleeve Installed" on my next order, since I already have thumbs.
